Street Fighter in theaters

Street Fighter opens in theaters on October 16. The same week, Tekken 8 put Yujiro and Roger Jr. on an EVO France stage, and Godzilla Minus Zero’s second trailer is sitting on YouTube’s daily board. YoTrends’ US sample has gaming as the noisiest category by a mile: 767 rising videos in seven days, ahead of movies, music, and lifestyle.

The mistake is a trailer reaction with the trailer audio ducked under a face. That post lives until the claim hits. The post that keeps moving is a costume, a local cabinet, or a take that does not require the film’s picture. “I’m going Friday, this is the outfit, no spoilers in the comments” is a Halloween post and a movie post at once.

Fighting games and Halloween share a silhouette. If you already planned a costume, move it to Friday instead of waiting for the 31st. You get the opening-weekend audience and you can post the same shape again on the 31st with a different caption.

Godzilla is the adjacent loud thing, not the same post. One monster joke is enough. Do not stack a cinematic universe in the caption.
