Terms of use

A subscription is $12.00 a month. Stripe charges the card. There is no setup fee and no yearly contract. The charge renews by itself each month until the subscription is canceled.

Stripe shows the price and that it repeats monthly before you pay. Starting the subscription means you accept that recurring $12.00 charge and these terms.

We do not add a sales-tax line on top of $12.00 unless the law later requires it. If a tax has to be collected, the amount is shown before that new charge.

The $12.00 month is the posting studio:

• Share cards for the stories on the desk, past the one free sample.
• Hooks, captions, and tags you can copy into your own social posts.
• The night checklist for what to post.

Briefings, pictures, video, and talk stay public. You do not need a subscription to read them. The subscription does not buy a private feed, a custom campaign, or a promise that a post will earn money.

The first $12.00 charge happens when you subscribe through Stripe. After that, Stripe charges $12.00 about once a month on the billing date shown in your receipt, until you cancel.

Canceling on the membership page locks the studio on that device and is meant to end the Stripe subscription in the same step. The $12.00 charge stops when Stripe marks the subscription canceled. A reminder cleared only in the browser, without Stripe ending the subscription, does not stop the card.

You may cancel at any time. Cancel before the next renewal date if you do not want the next $12.00 charge.

• On the membership page, press Cancel membership, then Yes, stop the monthly charge, and confirm the end of the subscription in Stripe, or
• Use the cancellation link in the receipt or billing email from Stripe, or
• Email meek3kee2heat1@gmail.com from the address you used to pay and ask to cancel. The next month will not be billed.

Cancellation stops future charges. The $12.00 already paid for the current month is not refunded, except where the law requires a refund or the charge was a mistake, such as a duplicate billing. Public pages stay available after you cancel.

You may post the studio cards and copy the hooks, captions, and tags into your own social posts. That is what the subscription is for. Your posts on other platforms remain yours.

You may not resell the subscription, share one login as a group product, or republish the desk as your own paid subscription.

The studio is posting guidance and trend commentary. It is not legal, tax, financial, or medical advice, and it is not a promise of followers, sales, or income. You are responsible for what you publish, including music, trademarks, and claims about a product.

Figures on the desk come from public sources and our own reporting. They can be incomplete or out of date. Check a source before you spend money based on a number you saw here.

You can end it by canceling. We can stop future charges if we close the membership, or end a subscription that is used to break the law, harass someone, or resell the desk. If we close memberships, we stop future $12.00 charges.

A new version will be posted on this page with a new date. A higher price, or a real cut in what the month includes, applies only on a renewal after the change is posted. You can cancel before that renewal. Keeping the subscription after the new date means you accept the update.

The subscription is provided as available. We do not guarantee the site will be uninterrupted or that a caption will perform. To the extent the law allows, LATEWIRE is not liable for lost profits, lost followers, or a post that did not perform. Our total liability for a claim about the subscription will not exceed the greater of what you paid in the three months before the claim, or $12.00.

These limits do not apply to fraud, or where the law does not allow a limit.

These terms use the laws of the State of Tennessee. Email meek3kee2heat1@gmail.com and allow 30 days to try to fix a problem before filing a claim. If it is not fixed, the dispute is heard in the state or federal courts in Tennessee, unless you bring an individual claim in small-claims court. These terms do not take away a consumer right that the law says cannot be waived.
